Half a game

Ok, so the game itself is really fun, warioware style frantic mini game stuff.
Payed the $3 to save, no big deal, thats cool. Thought of initial download of like a demo. The kicker is that only Act 1 (of 2?) is ready right now. So even if you pay, you cant play through the game. What is the ETA for act 2? Will it ever get done? Who knows. No where do the developers mention that its not a full game, and it seems rather dishonest. If they let us know ahead of time, say in the game description, that might be another story. But they didnt (at time of writing).

Seriously, kind of a bummer guys.
